How to apply for Admission?
- 1 Select the Student's Study Plan. Choose one of the following options:
- Middle and High School
- Summer courses
- Homeschooling
- 2 Complete the Pre-Admission Application form. Fill out the form located at the bottom of this page.
- 3 Submit the Corresponding Payment. Make the required payment to reserve the student's virtual classroom space.
- 4 Follow-Up from Admissions: An admissions officer will contact you to complete the enrollment process and provide further instructions for submitting required documents.
Admission Requirements
- All admission documents must be submitted in digital PDF format. Required documents include:
- 1 Student photo. A recent photo, either passport-style or a copy of the student’s school ID. If using a school ID or passport, both the front and back sides must be included.
- 2 Birth Certificate or Age Verification. A birth certificate or document confirming the student's age as of December 2015.
- 3 Transcript of Academic Credit. An official transcript showing academic credit from the previous school(s).
- 4 Academic reports.
- a) If the student has not yet completed the academic year, submit the most recent report card. The official credit transcript must be submitted in May.
- b) For homeschoolers: Submit a credit transcript certified by the parent(s) or legal guardian(s), confirming completed grade-level requirements, including course hours/credits and average grades per subject. Additional documentation may be requested by the admissions officer.
- 5 Letter to the Director. A letter from the student addressed to the Director, stating their reason for applying to the online academy, why they believe they should be admitted, and their personal commitment to the academy and to themselves as an online student.

6 Certificate of Vaccination. A current Certificate of Immunization (Original green paper), along with proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Even though our students attend school online, state regulations require all certified institutions to maintain up-to-date immunization records.
7 Oral hygiene certificate. An oral hygiene certificate issued by the Department of Health. This is mandatory for students entering grades 6th, 8th, and 10th. -
Admission for summer courses. If you are applying only for the summer program, the above admission requirements do not apply.
Instead, please send an email to the Director indicating the course you wish to take in our Summer 2026 program. One of our representatives will contact you to begin the enrollment process. - Out-of-School Applicants. Can I enroll if I have been out of school? Yes. According to current regulations, students may enroll if they have not been out of school for more than two years. A certified transcript of the most recently completed academic credits from the last attended institution will be required.
Program of Study
Our academic program runs Monday through Friday, using block study sessions that may include:
a) Asynchronous learning – Self-paced and student-led
b) Synchronous learning – Live videoconference sessions with teachers and peers
The standard schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with adjustments made based on individual student needs.
Cost
The enrollment or virtual space reservation fee must be paid before starting the registration process. The annual tuition cost will vary depending on the academic plan, based on the student’s needs. Tuition payments must be made using the electronic methods provided by the academy.
