Additional documentation may be requested by the admissions officer.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\"><span style=\"color:#FF4619;font-size:22pt;font-weight: bold\">5 <\/span><span style=\"color:#FF4619\">Letter to the Director. <\/span>A letter from the student addressed to the Director, stating their reason for applying to the online academy, why they believe they should be admitted, and their personal commitment to the academy and to themselves as an online student.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\"><span style=\"color:#FF4619;font-size:22pt;font-weight: bold\">6 <\/span><span style=\"color:#FF4619\">Certificate of Vaccination. <\/span>A current Certificate of Immunization (Original green paper), along with proof of COVID-19 vaccination. Even though our students attend school online, state regulations require all certified institutions to maintain up-to-date immunization records.<br><br><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.2px;font-size: 22pt;font-weight: bold\">7 <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.2px\">Oral hygiene certificate.&nbsp;<\/span><span>An oral hygiene certificate issued by the Department of Health. This is mandatory for students entering grades 6th, 8th, and 10th.<\/span><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\"><span style=\"color:#FF4619\">Admission for summer courses. <\/span>If you are applying only for the summer program, the above admission requirements do not apply. <br><br>Instead, please send an email to the Director indicating the course you wish to take in our Summer 2026 program. Yes.<\/b> According to current regulations, students may enroll if they have not been out of school for more than two years.
