Winner of two EMMY Awards, one for his <\/span>D<\/span>ocudrama LOS 17 and the second for his work on the <\/span>D<\/span>ocumentary 100,000,<\/span><\/span><\/strong> Noel studied <\/span><\/span>film in Los Angeles, California<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

His productions The Bell (Cordelia Gonz\u00e1lez) and San Juan Story (Jacobo Morales) won a total of 14 awards at different international film festivals and her feature film FLIGHT OF FANCY <\/span>won the award for best film at the \u201cHollywood International Film Festival\u201d and at the \u201cRenaissance City Film Festival\u201d in the city of Providence in the state of Rhode Island.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

As an active pioneer of Education in his home country, <\/span>Noel created the program Operaci\u00f3n \u00c9xito<\/span><\/b> with the goal of awakening students’ interest in science and mathematics. The program soon received worldwide recognition and became the most awarded and effective creative strategy when it comes to innovative ideas to achieve objectives in the field of Education.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
